I recently had the experience of working with this funeral home, and I must say that the service provided was exceptional. The staff members were professional, kind, and personable, making us feel comfortable and at ease during a difficult time. We would like to extend our greatest gratitude for the services you provided recently with the loss of our beloved Eugene. Your knowledge, patience and guidance throughout the process of the planning and the overall presentation was thorough and comforting for us during our time of grief. The photo collage was wonderful and the display for it throughout the building was nice and helped for all of our guests and visitors to enjoy as they paid their respects both to us and to Eugene. The video feed for the funeral service streamed live and came in clear as well. Thanks for setting that up which allowed for Eugene’s grandson to partake while in the hospital. It is a moment he had to be a part of so the ability to view it as it happened was a blessing.

A special thanks too for the organization of the motorcade and tour of both Eugene’s neighborhood and place of employment. It was a great honor and one that we know he would have appreciated immensely. We will forever remember it and are eternally grateful to both the Tyngsborough and Dracut police departments for their collective coordination and direction of the procession.

Lastly, we would like to again thank the staff of Tyngsborough funeral home for all of their various duties and assistance during the services. From lending a hand opening the front doors, to answering questions for the many guests, they were excellent and made us feel as though all of the little things were covered allowing for us to concentrate on the evening and morning services.
