Tiffany A. Carney, age 32, a resident of Lowell, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
She was born in Lowell on November 26, 1993 and was the daughter of Colleen M. Carney and Thol Tuoth.
She enjoyed spending quality time with her children, family and nieces and nephews having fun. Tiffany had so many wonderful makings; she was loving, funny, caring, helpful, charismatic, enthusiastic, creative, artistic and adventurous, and held a special place in her heart for animals.
Tiffany was the first to give her last for someone else and was always the first to celebrate each and every person and she was always making and purchasing gifts for others.
Halloween was a favorite time of the year for her; she loved dressing up and getting all the kids excited about it as much as she was.
Tiffany was currently working at Victoria’s Secret in Nashua, NH.
She is survived by her son and daughter, Nahlia and Greyson; her mother, Colleen Carney and her fiancé Scott Riel; her father Thol Tuoth; a sister, Brittany Carney; a brother, Anthony Carney and his fiancé Dasmaris Garcia; her grandmother, Gail Carney; nephew and nieces, Jaiden, Avah and Mila; her uncles and aunt; Larry and Theary Carney and Shane Carney; and two special cousins, Makayla Carney and Larry Carney, Jr. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Larry Carney, Thea Tuoth and Yoeun Yoeup. She also leaves two special childhood friends, Janelia Chappell, and Jennessy Reynoso.
Relatives and friends will be received at the Tyngsborough Funeral Home, 4 Cassaway Dr., Tyngsborough on Sunday, Dec. 28, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Her Funeral Service will take place in the Funeral Home on Monday, Dec. 29 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell.
