Roger H. Boisvert, age 88, a resident of Lowell, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the D’Youville Senior Care Center. He was the longtime companion of Theresa Levesque.
Born in Lowell, on September 28, 1937, he was the son of the late Raymond and Florence (Plourde) Boisvert.
Roger was very strong in his faith and was a longtime communicant of St. Michael Parish.
He loved music and was a huge Elvis fan. He had a passion for movies, especially Westerns. He had a green thumb and grew a beautiful sunflower garden. But what he enjoyed most of all was going on many bus trips with Theresa.
Prior to his retirement, he worked for over 36 years in the laundry department at Saints Memorial Medical Center.
Surviving him in addition to Theresa are her children, Michael Levesque and his wife Dawn, Paul Levesque, and Jeannine Houde and her husband James; he was Pepere to Aimee and Gavin Levesque; Jordan and Joshua Houde; and many granddogs.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Parish, 543 Bridge St., Lowell. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
