Penny M. Tarris

Penny M. Tarris, age 45, a resident of Lowell, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. 

Born in Lowell on March 23, 1977, she was the daughter of Stephen Tarris, Sr. and the late Roberta R. (Curran) Tarris.  She received her education from the Brockton school system and was a graduate of Brockton High School.

Penny enjoyed going to Dunks every morning and getting her iced coffee extra, extra.  She loved to express herself especially in her writing. Penny was always on top of everything. She enjoyed eating her chicken, especially if it was from her mom.  Last but mostly not least, she enjoyed being around family and friends and loved them all “so, so, so much!”

Surviving her in addition to her father are three children, Christiana B. Sanborn, Elizabeth L. Lawson and Christopher S. Lawson; two sisters, Dawn M. Tarris and Carrie A. Tarris; and predeceased by her brother, Stephen J. Tarris, Jr.; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday, June 26, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME, 4 Cassaway Drive, Tyngsborough.  Funeral Services will be private.
