Paul R. Dussault

Paul R. Dussault, age 78, a lifelong resident of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2020 at his home.  He was the beloved husband of Donna Lee (Monty) Dussault with whom he had been married for 53 years.

Born in Lowell on December 6, 1941, he was a son of the late Barnaby and Elizabeth (Weinand) Dussault.

Paul worked as a machine operator for many years, having retired from the StyleTech Company in Lowell.

He had a passion for cooking and always enjoyed preparing the food for family parties and gatherings.  Paul also enjoyed visiting flea markets and his scratch tickets.      

He was a member of the Centralville Social Club, the Club Lafayette, the American Legion Post 437 in Westford and the former CCA Club.

Surviving him in addition to his loving wife Donna Lee are his children, Joanne Blanchette and her husband Laval of Tyngsborough, Joyce Murphy of Dracut, Jamie Dussault and his wife Blanca of Lowell and James Monty Jr. and his wife Natalie of Lowell; eight grandchildren, Chad and Lauren Blanchette, Megan, and Matthew Murphy, Sarah, Juan, Ariel and Jazmin Dussault; a sister, Gertrude Jardine of Lowell; a brother, Christopher Dussault of Dracut; his sisters in law and brothers in law, Debbie and Russ St Amand of Lowell, Mary Monty of Billerica and Raymond Monty Jr. of Lowell; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends; and his beloved dog Mindy.

He was the father of the late Christian Dussault who died in 2015 and brother of the late Elizabeth Danis, Rose Thompson, Theresa Strykowski, Dorothy Cameron, Barnaby, George, Robert, Emile and Joseph Dussault, Virginia Euler and Louise Morin, and brother in law of the late James Monty Sr. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside service on Tuesday morning at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chelmsford MA.
