Margaretmary Kealy Mulligan
She was born on July 5, 1950 (a late firecracker) to Raymond J. Kealy (1954) and Margaret M (Cox) Kealy Piekos (2003). Margo (Irish to Jimmy) grew up in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School, class of 1968.
Married my high school sweetheart James Mulligan, on June 10, 1972. Five years earlier, on the same date, we danced to “Strangers in the Night” at the Commodore Ballroom. We have been together ever since that night.
Our marriage was made in heaven. Sharing a wonderful life, full of cherished moments, and a lifetime of lasting memories. Jimmy is the greatest blessing in my life, he is the reason I smile every day.
Survived by my two brothers, Thomas Kealy (Gina) and Edward Piekos (Kathy), my sister, Patricia Conley (Don), sister-in-law, Sandra Kealy, In-laws, William Mulligan (Nancy), Patricia Egan (Barry) and Joanne Morris.
Childhood best friend, Joyce Moran Lamb, many very special God daughters, nieces, nephews, and their families. Precious great great nieces, Ella, Olivia Jo, and Kinsley. So grateful for the joy – you brightened up my days. Many wonderful friends.
Predeceased by two brothers, Raymond Kealy, and Joseph Kealy. Death is a common destiny that unites us all, our love for each other and our spirit lives on.
At my request, there will be no services. A private Mass for the family will be held sometime in the Spring.
