He especially enjoyed singing the Kingdom Melodies and attending the District Conventions surrounded by thousands of Jehovah's servants.
James had a contagious laugh, it was hard to catch him not telling a joke. His pastimes included fishing, swimming, singing and spending time outdoors. He looked forward to time with his family, particularly his grandchildren, whom he would watch old westerns and play board games with. A few of his favorite games were Catan, Othello, Chess, Checkers, Cribbage and Yahtzee. He frequently visited Burger King where all the employees would affectionately call him Papa. He will be missed by many.
A funeral service will be held via Zoom on Saturday, April 17th, 2021 at 5 o’clock p.m. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks during this difficult time.
