James M. Ralls

James M. Ralls, age 77, a lifelong resident of Lowell, passed away in Chelmsford on May 2, 2024.  He was the husband of the late Jere L. (Olson) Ralls who died in 2021.

He was born in Lowell on January 13, 1947 a son of the late Gerald and Ann (Regan) Ralls. He was educated in the Lowell school system and was a graduate of Lowell High School. James then began his career as an electrician and was self-employed for many years. 

He enjoyed camping in Maine, fishing and gardening.

James is survived by three children, Nancy Ralls, James Ralls and Shawn Ralls all of Lowell; a grandson, Corey Ralls and his wife Jennifer; a great granddaughter, Elizabeth Ralls; and nieces and nephews.  He was pre-deceased by his brother Gerald Ralls, Jr and sister Della Welch.

Funeral services will be held privately.
