Jacqueline G. Belanger, age 67, a resident of Methuen, passed away on December 16, 2020, at her home, with her family by her side. She was the widow of the late Armand Belanger who passed away in 2002.
Born in Edmundston, New Brunswick on February 4, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Gerald Roussel and Amelia (Roux) Roussel of New Brunswick as well as the step-daughter of the late Paul Roussel of New Brunswick.
She received her education in Edmundston and later worked as a substitute teacher in their school system.

Jacqueline enjoyed dancing, listening to music and hopping in the car to take long rides. She also volunteered each year, collecting donations to be raffled off at the Turkey Chair, which raised money for the gifts at the children’s Christmas party.  She also loved playing 45’s and would often volunteer to host the weekly tournament.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Howard Ouellet of Methuen; three daughters, Tina Hajj and her husband Jason of FL, Lisa Dumont and her partner Paul Durand of Nashua and Gina Clements and her husband Wilf of Ontario; five grandchildren, Ashley Dumont and her fiancé, Seth Nolan of Sacramento, Ca., Travis Dumont of Portsmouth, NH, Corina Hajj and Luke Hajj of Holiday, Fl and Rylie Cole of Hamilton, ON; two sisters, Gisele Rioux and her husband Gerald of New Brunswick and Colette Roussel of New Brunswick and her longtime friend Lise Deschenes of Quebec; a brother Bert Roussel and his late wife Denise of New Brunswick; also 1niece and 5 nephews and her furry family, Boo Boo and Samantha.

Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday morning from 9 to 10 am at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME, 4 Cassaway Drive, Tyngsborough. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated immediately following at 11 a.m. in the Parish of Saint Rita, 158 Mammoth Road, Lowell. Committal Services with take place in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence.
