Dylan J. Cadotte
Dylan J. Cadotte, 14, a resident of Tyngsborough and a former resident of Pepperell, passed away at home with his loving family after a courageous battle with Osteosarcoma, on Saturday, March 18, 2023.
He was born in Lowell on September 18, 2008, a son of Sarah (Morrill) Cadotte and the late Ryan Cadotte.
Dylan attended Varnum Brook Elementary and Nissitissit Middle School in Pepperell and was currently in the eighth grade at Tyngsborough Middle School. He was looking forward to attending Greater Lowell Technical High School in the fall.
Dylan’s smile was contagious and would light up a room when he walked in. He was always referred to as an “Old Soul”, asking many questions with so much curiosity. Dylan was up for anything and would make any situation a great time! He loved hockey and had played for the New England Stars, Groton Crusaders and Nashoba Grizzlies. He was an avid Boston Bruins fan. He enjoyed being outdoors, building Legos, riding his little red mustang then upgrading to a quad, helping anyone that had a project to start or finish.
He is survived by his mother Sarah Cadotte and her fiancé Stephen Gerrior of Tyngsborough; his sister, Michelle Cadotte and brothers Stephen and Dante Gerrior; his grandparents, Michael and Linda Morrill of Hobe Sound, FL (Billerica), Karen Renault Scalley and her husband James Scalley of Tewksbury, Richard Cadotte of Cambridge and his aunts and uncles, Eric and Jami Morrill of Londonderry, Nicole Morrill of Dracut, Rachelle Cadotte-Grant of Plymouth and Aric Cadotte of Pepperell; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends
The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff at Boston Children’s Hospital and The Jimmy Fund for the exceptional care provided to Dylan.
Relatives and friends will be received at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME, 4 Cassaway Dr., Tyngsborough on Sunday, March 26, from 2 to 5 p.m. His Funeral Service will take place in the Funeral Home on Monday, March 27, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Fox Hill Cemetery in Billerica.
