Diane E. (Ingalls) Wilkins

Diane E. (Ingalls) Wilkins, a resident of Lowell, passed away on January 22, 2024 in Lowell she was 76 years old and the loving wife of David R. Wilkins and  mother of David R. Wilkins II.  In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal funeral services.  Burial will take place at a later date.
