Dan made his way home to our Heavenly Father on Friday September 19th 2025 after a very brave and courageous brief health battle. Born and raised in Lowell, little did he know that his one true love would grow up right around the corner from him. Dan married Deb in June of 1997 and since then they have been inseparable. Together they built a beautiful family welcoming two wonderful sons, Ryan and Jacoby and their family life was filled with love, laughter, peace and much happiness. Dan was a dedicated family man and a very hard worker. He always gave his all to everyone and in everything he did. He loved taking long rides with Deb and the boys and he was always on the hunt for the next great BBQ restaurant and of course, he never missed all his favorite shows on the Discovery Channel. He was the best person you could have ever known. He will be greatly missed and always loved by Deb who considered Dan the love of her life, Ryan, Jacoby and his Princess Charlotte. Dan will also be missed greatly by his in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, especially his many good friends from work. Dan is finally reunited with his mother Shirley in Heaven and we hope they will both continue to watch over us. The McOsker Family would like to give great thanks and appreciation for Dr. Dawn Barclay and her entire amazing ICU team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Your efforts will never be forgotten.
Visitations will be held on Friday, September 26, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Tyngsborough Funeral Home, 4 Cassaway Drive, Tyngsborough. His Funeral Service will take place on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in the chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Dan’s memory be made to the Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society, 63 Elm Street, Salisbury MA 01952.
