TYNGSBOROUGH – Brian Powers, age 70, a resident of Tyngsborough, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (Sheehan) Powers.
Born in Woburn on July 24, 1949, he was a son of the late John J. and Margaret A. (Doyle) Powers.
He was self-employed for many years as a truck driver and tire technician.
Brian always had a joke to share and enjoyed making people laugh. He will be remembered for his loud boisterous laugh, that made everyone smile. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family.
Surviving him in addition to his loving wife Elizabeth are a son and daughter in law, Brian and Bobbi-Lyn Powers of Tyngsborough; three daughters and two sons in law, Kelly and Jeff Jimenez of Fresno CA, Kerry and Antonio Kiendo of Tyngsborough and Kimberly Sok of Tamworth, NH; ten grandchildren, Andrya, Agnes, Kevin, Edgar, Daniel, Akrira, Raley, Melanie, Johnathan and Yeama, one great grandchild, Elijah; three brothers and two sisters in law, John and Debbie Powers of Billerica, Peter and Judy Powers of Pepperell and Mark Powers of FL; two sisters and two brothers in law, Diane and Kevin O’Keefe of FL and Margaret “Peggy” and Kevin MacGovern of FL; also many nieces and nephews.
