LOWELL – Bernard R. “Bernie” Belley, age 63, a resident of Lowell, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was devoted to his wife Tracy Cormier, with whom he shared fifteen years together.

Bernie then changed his field and became a plumber and started his own company, “All Better Plumbing” which he continued until the end of his life.
Bernie’s greatest joys were his wife, children, grandchildren, riding his Harley, fishing with his older brother Paul and spending time with family and friends.
