Andrea Houle, age 70, resident of Nashua, NH, passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2022 with her loving husband, Dennis, of 44 years by her side.
Born on April 30, 1952, she was the beloved daughter of the late Henry and Muriel Paradis.
Andrea grew up in the highlands of Lowell; the youngest of four siblings. She graduated from Lowell High School and went on to work at Raytheon for 46 years as a medical secretary.
She shared her loving spirit as a devoted wife, dog mom, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Andrea and Dennis' commitment and love grew deeper with every passing day. Their dogs, Jake, Daisy, Bear, and Spike, could not have had better parents. To know her was to love her. She was fun-loving with a great sense of humor. Andrea’s life was rich with family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Andrea loved nature: walking, watching the birds and fox family in her backyard, camping and kayaking. She enjoyed music particularly the sounds of Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Ronnie Earl. She was an avid reader and shopper.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Sissy Paradis of Dracut, sister, Diane Landry of Dracut, sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and George Grady of Lowell, sister-in-law Donna Houle and her partner Liz Sampson, brother-in-law, Paul Houle of Dracut, several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. She also survived her brother-in-law, the late Edmund Landry, Jr.
Relatives and friends will be received at the TYNGSBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME 4 Cassaway Dr., Tyngsborough on Tuesday, Sept. 20, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A celebration of her life will take place immediately following at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a donation in her memory to the Animal Rescue League of NH, 545 Route 101, Bedford, NH 03110.
